About us

Business relationships built to last.

An Italian company working in international trade with a simple goal: delivering the right supply, to the right place, with a reliable point of contact.

Identity

Who is Fralex

FRALEX SRL operates in the import-export of industrial and electrical equipment from its office in Augusta, in the province of Syracuse (Sicily).

We handle supplies of large generator sets and electrical and mechanical components for customers in Italy, the European Union and third countries. Our job is to connect those who manufacture with those who buy, managing the commercial transaction and coordinating the operators involved in delivery.

Our model is mainly based on drop shipment: we do not run our own warehouse, but organise direct flows from manufacturers to the agreed destination, reducing intermediate steps and lead times.

Vision and approach

International trade as a relationship.

We believe a successful transaction is the beginning of a relationship, not its end.

Vision and goals

We want to be a stable point of reference for our customers in sourcing industrial and electrical equipment, able to find solutions even when a supply involves several manufacturers and several countries.

Approach to international trade

Every market has its own rules, timescales and documents. Before making an offer we analyse the product, the destination and the applicable conditions, and involve the necessary specialist operators in good time.

Values

What guides our work.

Reliability

Clear commitments that are kept, from the first quotation to delivery.

Transparency

Terms, timing and responsibilities set out in writing, with no grey areas.

Pragmatism

Realistic proposals, based on checks of product, market and regulations.

Continuity

Lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and partners, built deal after deal.

Method

How we work

A simple, traceable process with a single contact person.

  1. Understanding the need

We gather technical specifications, quantities, destination and timing.

  2. Search and selection

We identify suitable manufacturers and compare the alternatives.

  3. Quotation and terms

We propose price, delivery times and agreed delivery terms.

  4. Coordination

We follow the order and the relations with operators through to delivery.

Lasting relationships with customers and partners: this is our commitment.
