Coordination with logistics operators

We liaise with the carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers appointed for each transaction, aligning pick-up times, documents and the agreed delivery terms (Incoterms®). Transport and customs formalities are carried out by these specialist operators.

What we do not do ourselves. Fralex is not a freight forwarder, nor a customs, legal or tax firm. Transport, customs clearance, insurance and specialist advice are entrusted, for each transaction, to qualified operators and professionals, with whom we coordinate.
